Description
This is a FT Seasonal position thru April 2005. Answering telephone or written on-line inquiries from customers regarding questions and issues concerning company products. Analyzes and resolves computer software and hardware issues and recommends solutions to the customer. Resolves customer issues and technical problems optimally utilizing available resources during the initial customer contact. Demonstrates call management skills in guiding the customer and troubleshooting the issue. Effectively handles customer calls and quality database entry simultaneously. Teamplayer HS Diploma required. Vocational school certificate or equivalent experience in PC Technology, or an AA degree preferred. Ability to work flexible hours required during peak season. 1 year of customer service experience. 1 year of technical PC experience in a DOS or Windows environment. Good verbal and written communication skills.
