The Des Moines, Iowa office of Genesis10 is looking for a talented, seasoned Project Staffing Recruiting Professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the IT Staffing and Consulting Services Industry.

We're seeking an individual with experience recruiting high level Information Technology Professionals (Project Managers, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance professionals, Data Architects, etc.) The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of developing strong relationships and trust resulting in the right resource for the right role and higher candidate retention rates. A highly professional individual who enjoys partnering with a highly talented sales team to truly deliver value to our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage in direct and indirect recruiting efforts including the identification, qualification and presentation of candidates to Account Team to meet client requirements.
- Follow a proactive recruiting model in building candidate database or pipeline based on Account Teams recommendation. Prospect, identify and interview new and existing candidates. Conduct initial screening interview, reference checks, negotiate salary & relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the salesperson to close the deals.
- Key contributor in helping Account Team meet goal of 24-48 hour turn around time on responding to client requirements.
- Responsible for recruiting all levels of project consulting talent spanning multiple skills base with a strong focus on Project Management.df-tc
