Our client an International Industry Leader is searching for a second/third level support technician for their IT department. This is a 6-month contract position, 40 hours per week, mixed schedule with 12 hour shifts on weekends. The ideal candidate with troubleshoot hardware/software and network related issues. Experience/Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the following:
Active knowledge of Active Directory
Active knowledge of Oracle (great troubleshooting skills from a client perspective)
Excellent understanding of Windows 2000 and windows XP
Excellent understanding of Office 2000 / 2003
Very good understanding of Symantec Ghost 8.0
Knowledge/experience in how to build images for a world wide enterprise organization
Ability to troubleshoot PC issues from any of the ISO layers
Very good understanding of Cisco specifically 2900 / 3700 / & 6500 series switches. This includes a complex VLAN network
Excellent Cable skills (ability to rewire closets if need be)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as a team player
