Our client has an immediate opening for a Security Security Administrative Analyst. The incumbent will be:
Responsible for the creation/modification/termination of electronic mail (Email) and Network access accounts for various applications.
Essential Functions:
Using Enterprise Administrator and security modules of specific applications, creates Domain accounts and grants appropriate access to various application, e.g., email, Meditech, SAP, etc., in accordance with policies and procedures.
Modifies or terminates individuals' access to applications as a consequence of job changes or terminations.
Accepts calls from customers and other support staff through the Automated Call Distribution system and follows up to ensure accurate and timely resolutions are provided. Uses good judgment in escalating unresolved problems and communicates status to the customer.
Provides after-hours on-call support as scheduled or needed.
Fully document problems/symptoms and capture relevant information and enter in the call tracking system.

Experience/Skills
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Can resolve 75% of service requests without assistance from Senior Staff members and consults with Senior Staff members for unusual or especially difficult issues.
Competent use of Enterprise Tools used (DRA) to create and manage users, groups, and resources effectively.
Basic knowledge of Medical terminology helpful.
Security Policy Compliance.

Technical Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Basic Operating System and Network knowledge preferred.

Qualifications:
Education
Associate Degree Preferred

Licenses/Certification
Security Certification (i.e., GSEC, CISA, CISSP) or other relevant training or certification helpful.

Experience
2-3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Outlook Administration, Active Directory User Administration, desktop operating systems and utilities, desktop applications software, and electronic mail. Previous I/S customer support and preferably security administration experience. A combination of education and less experience may qualify.
