Our client is a large Financial Firm - candidates interested in a security administrator position need a strong technical background, including working knowledge of network management protocols, networking architecture, authentication practices, encryption and security administration. Also needed are excellent troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Primary responsibilities of this position include managing the Information System Security Program, managing the Security Architecture and serving as a security specialist.

Activities will include:
Coordinating information security activities of different divisions, administrative responsibility for Firewalls and other security access points; and conducts or coordinates security activities with third party auditors. This position will work closely with other technical support staff.

Required Skills
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
Minimum five years experience securing and maintaining highly scalable and fault tolerant systems in Microsoft and Unix environments.
Good team player able to work in small highly focused, very driven groups.
Ability to work independently when required.
