Join our innovative team for the following position:

Our client located in the Philadelphia area has an immediate need for a Security Analyst/Web Engineer. This position functions as the highest-level technical resource and is responsible for the administration and day-to-day production support of the CA Identity & Access Management software solutions - particularly Site Minder, Identity Minder and Identity Manager systems. The successful candidate will have 7+ years in the information technology industry, with demonstrated experience working with cross-platform infrastructure technologies, services and product implementations. Additionally, the successful candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Requires:
. 5+ years of experience implementing, installing, configuring and administering CA/Netgrity, SiteMinder & IdentityMinder
. 5+ years of experience designing policies using LDAP groups
. 5+ years of experience in creating policies, adding new user domains, policy domains, authentication schemes, redirections
. 5+ years experience with SiteMinder policy server, policy migration & SiteMinder testing
. 5+ years experience implementing and administration of F5 BIG-IP appliances
. Demonstrated experience in analyzing SiteMinder server logs and identifying/trouble shooting problems with authentication and authorization
. Strong experience in installing and configuring SiteMinder WebAgent under Linux and Windows with ability to install and troubleshoot new SiteMinder environment .
. Experience providing production support to a team in a timely manner
. Experience in load testing, performance analysis & tuning & vulnerability analysis
. Experience in performing server product installs, upgrades and modifying configurations
. Understanding of Windows Server OS, Networking, LAN, SSL, Firewall, Load Balancer, Intranet and DMZ configurations
. Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP), load balancing software equipment and caching services, along with an understanding of telecommunications
. Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (LDAP, replication, schema/DIT and/or Active Directory)
. Knowledge of Apache, BEA Weblogic and Tomcat
. Ability to provide rotating on-call support
Desired:
. WAN and LAN troubleshooting is a plus
Responsibilities
. Integrate web applications into CA security infrastructure framework
. Design, maintain and modify SiteMinder policies, realms, rules and responses
. Design, create, maintain and implement web security configurations in DEV, QA and Production policy servers
. As needed, carry out software upgrades and apply vendor-released software patches
. Analyze existing infrastructure and recommend modifications, in addition to revising current policies to address new business requirements
. Work with a team of project managers, business analysts and application teams during project planning sessions to develop application authentication methods
. Work alongside a team to develop and deploy federated identity systems
. Work with internal/external LDAP stores
. Aid in uncovering, diagnosing and troubleshooting authentication issues
. Engineer and implement load balancing and failover solutions via F5 BIG-IP
