Description
Position will be involved in the consulting with various Bellsouth projects and responsible for the design of the security aspects of the solution. This will included but not limited to firewall modifications or installation, policy and compliance issues, proxy or scanning implications. Will work with project management and operations to facilitate the implementation of the designs.

Experience/Skills
Good understanding of general security principles (Policy and Standards), vulnerability analysis tools (ISS, Tripwire, NESSUS), virus management (Norton, Symantec, Trend Micro), Firewall (Checkpoint NG on Solaris and Nokia), Intrusion Detection (SNORT), Single Sign-on technology (Netegrity), Microsoft security skills, Network LAN/Wan routing and equipment skills.
-Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification strongly preferred.
- Minimum 6+years exp in IT
