MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Technical:

1.One (1) year's experience performing security support and systems analysis in data and systems recovery and data security including documentation of computer virus, desktop firewall and security registration problems, research, solution analysis and problem solving using multiple windows application platforms and problem tracking programs.

2.Twelve (12) months experience within the last eighteen (18) months identifying and eradicating computer viruses.

3.Twelve (12) months experience within the last eighteen (18) months assisting in the analyzing and solving of computer security problems.

4.Twelve (12) months experience in the last eighteen (18) months installing, configuring and updating Norton, McAfee, and/or Trendmicro anti-virus software.

5.Twelve (12) months experience in the last eighteen (18) months using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Frontpage, Visio and Adobe Acrobat Professional.

6.Nine (9) months experience in the last twelve (12) months using NMAP, PING, NSLOOKUP, GFI LANguard, TCPView and Microsoft Baseline Analyzer network utilities.

7.Nine (9) months experience in the last twelve (12) months installing, configuration and updating McAfee Desktop Firewall, Norton Personal Firewall and/or ZoneAlarm.

8.Nine (9) months experience in the last twelve (12) months working with Microsoft Windows 98, NT, 2000 and XP.
