Working with the Security Administrative Team, Security Oversight, CIP, and HR, establish a process that will perform the following on a continual basis:

. On a daily basis process all requests for granting or termination of physical and system access received from managers. Obtain the necessary reports from TAPs and ensure all employees with no time entered are appropriately identified as current or terminated within the RMS and Peoplesoft systems. Follow-up with the respective managers to ensure the appropriate updates are made so that physical and system access is disabled within 72 hours.

. Monthly, review system reports (RMS/TAPs, Peoplesoft and Facilities Badge Access System) to ensure all terminations were processed timely and employees are appropriately classified in the system. Report occurrences to senior management for inclusion in the interim and annual reviews.

. Maintain a comprehensive list of all access granted to each employee. Review the listing to ensure employees are granted the necessary access and that access is being recertified by management on a periodic basis.

. Coordinate the quarterly review of the organizational badge access. Obtain and issue reports to the PAs so that managers can review and approve physical access for each employee. Ensure each operational area completes the review and verify that all issues noted are corrected. Ensure the physical access for terminated employees has been disabled

SKILLS >>
. 0-2 years of organizational experience
. Excellent oral and written
. Highly proficient with Excel, Word and database applications
. Proven record of identifying and carrying through process improvements
. Strong organizational and analytical skills that result in conclusive recommendations.
. Ability to remain flexible in an intense and dynamic work environment while managing multiple priorities.
. Regular attendance is an essential function of the position.

EDUCATION >> B.S. Business Administration or Managment Information Systems or equivalent experience.
