Seeking Security Engineer to be responsible for evaluating and analyzing a broad range of information technologies and architectures in a large enterprise environment. Successful candidate will be responsible for recommending, re-designing or re-architecting alternate solutions when security risks are a concern.

The Security Engineer will have duties to include project management for multiple projects as well as Tier 2 and 3 troubleshooting support. Successful candidate will advise and coordinate with Business Owners, Director of Information Services, Hospital Director of Information Services, Vendors, Network Engineering, Implementations and management on a continuous basis.

IT/Technical Sales, Network Security, Firewall & Proxy Configuration Management (Checkpoint or Raptor or PIX), IBM MF, RS/6000 UNIX, AIX, NOKIA/IPSO, SUN/Solaris, Windows NT/2000/XP, Cisco Network Devices, Visio, Remote Management, LAN/WAN, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, SQL. Prefer: Cisco, Security or Microsoft Certifications.
