AETEA Information Technology has nine offices nationwide with over 500 consultants currently working for us. Our clients are Fortune 500 companies in the financial (bank/brokerage), telecommunications, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and insurance industries.We currently have an opportunity available for a Senior Level Forensics Specialist to work on-site for a major pharmaceutical client in Hopewell, NJ. This opportunity is immediate and a minimum of six months in length.Candidate will be responsible to support computer forensics for security investigations. Experience required on a wide range of computer hardware and software, including PCs, laptops, PDAs, Windows, UNIX, email and calendar systems, firewalls, remote access and other network protocols.Will discover files on subject systems, acquire, protect and filter pertinent data. Will analyze relevant data and develop summary reports of findings. Will retain evidence in accordance with documented procedures and best practices. Specific knowledge of EnCase, Pest Patrol, password cracking tools and other cyber forensics tools required. Should be certified in Computer Forensics with experience in sound practices of cyber investigations. Previous interface with and knowledge of law enforcement practices a plus.
