Description
Acentron is seeking a Security Engineer with 2+ years experience in Information Security performing application and system assessments; must have an understanding of SAS 70 and Information Security best practices.

Must also have proven experience in analyzing, verifying and reporting on application and system vulnerability assessments.

Qualified candidates will have an understanding of network firewalls, routers, switches, and networking concepts in general; hardware and network and application security vulnerabilities.

Bachelor's degree and CISSP desired. Knowledge and experience with security concepts across a broad range of IT areas including data communications, network design, operations, databases, operating systems, and application development is preferred.

Travel may be required for site assessments.
All candidates must be confident with ability to pass a very thorough background check.
