Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Security Operations Analyst to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and monitor wireless network security tools, intrusion detection system tools, internet usage and bandwidth reporting tools and system logging and review tools. Support the security environment through the response to incidents and requests submitted through Remedy. Provisioning and support of the Client VPN environment. Maintain and monitor the desktop encryption tools. Perform investigative functions when requested.

Required Skills:
  • Ability to communicate with managers and PSC management, presenting technical solutions in oral and written format.
  • 2+ years of Project Management skills.
  • 2+ years of knowledge of general Information Security technologies and issues, with specific focus on technical evaluation of risks associated with mis-configured or unpatched resources on the network.
  • Ability to provide technical direction and tasking, and produce outstanding results through teams of technical associates operating in multiple locations.

    Desired Skills:
  • 3+ years of IT experience and 1 year of Information Security related experience (such as Access control, security assessment, or anti-virus management):

    -Vulnerability Assessment knowledge
    -Basic programming or Crystal reporting skills
    -IT Forensic skills
    -Team Leadership or management experience that includes vendor management, daily tasking, management reporting, and issue resolution.

    Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • 2 years College or work experience may be substituted.

    Minimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:
  • CISSP or other Security certifications are a plus.
