TALENT SPACE, INC. is looking for a Security Test Engineer for a 6+ month contract!
Description:
Candidate will be part of the Software Testing team. Candidate will design, execute, and automate test plan for Intrusion Detection/Protection and Firewall systems.
Job Requirements:
? Candidate will be responsible for testing software features and feature enhancements.
? Will be responsible for integration testing and system testing with an emphasis on scalability and stability.
? Create test plan for feature testing and automate them.
? Project manages the testing effort and bug tracking.
? Participate in design discussions and product definition.
Skills/Education:
? B.S/M.S in CS, CE, or EE.
? At least 3 years hands-on testing experience.
? In-depth knowledge of with IPS/IDS and Firewalls, IP Routing, LAN Switching, IDS Sensors.
? Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, IP Routing Protocols, DNS, Linux, FreeBSD, Windows, Snort.
? Must have experience with test tools such as IXIA, Smartbits, WinRunner, SilkTest, Ethereal, & other Vulnerability Assessments and Attack Tools.
? Experience with automation languages such as Expect/TCL, Perl, or Unix Shell.
? CISSP/CCSP certification preferred, but not required.
