Immediate position available security engineer - Tier II


Immediate contract opportunity for an experienced security engineer with extensive experience in triage and monitoring environment. Additionally, you will be supporting Next Generation and Checkpoint firewalls. Prefer candidates with CCSA or CCSE.

Requirements:
Firewalls, IDS and Router Management: Configuration, maintenance and monitoring of Cisco PIX firewalls, IDS and routers.
IDS configuration involves maintenance of ongoing monitoring of intrusion detection systems (IDS), network intrusion detection sensors (NIDS), incident response and management activities.
Vulnerability Assessment: Nessus and StillSecure Vulnerability Assessment Manager (VAM) vulnerability scanning system. This will include systems administration, documentation of operational procedures, and ongoing operations and maintenance of a distributed scanning and reporting servers.
