Description
The Creative Group is seeking a Global Content Manager to drive the overall direction of internationalization for the client's enterprise and WEB 2.0 consumer based products. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user interfaces that will provide the best experience for users around the world.

Responsibilities:

* Establish best-practice guidelines identify tools and develop comprehensive information architecture and localization plans for each product.
* Develop a plan for building a team of international resources that will ensure our localized products are of the highest quality and provide the best user experience.
* Drive international usability testing.
* Define content and localization standards.
* Collaborate with designer to ensure that content placement and user interface designs meet the needs of our international users.
* Oversee the entire localization effort: manage translation vendors, track budgeting and invoicing, and track and analyze production and quality metrics.
* Advise product management of localization requirements for target markets.

Experience/Skills
* At least BA/BS in Human Computer Interaction, Usability, Human Factors, Technical Writing, Language, Linguistics, International Studies, or related field
* Must have 7+ years of experience working in information architecture, localization and vendor management.
* Ability to articulate localization and information architecture plans - written, visually and verbally
* Strong knowledge of localization standards, user-centered design principles, and software development processes.
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
