Global Professional Services Firm Seeking Project Coordinator, FinanceOur client is seeking a proficient project coordinator with financial institution experience or professional services background, to support a very sophisticated group of global leaders and facilitate the flow of marketing initiatives for internal clients. The Project Coordinator is the key source for all financial practice area project information and is responsible for documenting, tracking budgets, basic financial analysis, web site updates, newsletter communications, meeting planning, scheduling, quality control, ensuring on time delivery and organization. You will work with budgets, vendors and manage the flow of project communications as the right-hand person to the financial practice area partners and may interface with the client directly as well. This consultancy is a global virtual team environment and this is a newly created position.df-tc

Experience/Skills
University degree, 3+ years of experience in a client-focused professional services role is desired, with relevant knowledge of financial institutions. The ideal Project Coordinator must have some corporate financial experience, strong organization skills and be adept to multi-task proficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor. This position requires a strong communicator – both written and verbal - with high attention to detail to thrive in a fast-paced virtual working environment. Global experience ideal. The Project Coordinator must also be customer focused (with both the internal and external clients), have a positive attitude and be a team player. Bachelor's degree required.
