Experienced Design Analysts are needed for our client in the Buckhead area. Responsibilities include collecting data and making recommendations to team members and translating technical data into business benefit for the client.

Experience/Skills
Must have PMP, PMI, Six Sigma or CMM. Must have 5 years experience with Seibel marketing Automation and Sales Force Automation application. Must be well versed in one of the following: Rational, UML, RAD or similiar methodologies. Must have development and re-engineering experience. Must have general working knowledge of CTI, ACD, CRM, and IVR technologies. Must understand heristics and human to PC interaction. Must have major CRM design experience.
