Description
Genesis10 is seeking a Self Service Project Manager in Madison for a 6-9 month contract position.
Self Service Project Manager
Duration of the role is 6-9 months, beginning in mid- January.
Partner with business project teams to define (Budget, timeline, approach) and deliver portal technology initiatives. Specific skills needed, include:
- Must have strong portal technology implementation experience - specifically BEA Aqualogic User Interaction
- Must have large scale project/program delivery experience - 5-7 years minimum
- Experience with deployment of self-service solutions via multiple channels -- including web and IVR
- Experience with web content management systems - specifically Documentum
- Insurance / Financial Services Industry experience
- MS Project Server / MS Project 2003
- PMP certification

Experience/Skills
In addition we need someone who is:
- Accountable
- Will lead a brand new team (composed of approximately 7 - 10 people)
- Needs to influence and shape the team
- Should be assertive - go off an make it happen (no need to ask a lot of questions for approval - will have authority, but will ask the obvious questions that need to be addressed specific to Client)
- They will migrate the self-service work on to a new portal
- Must have portal experience
- If they have IVR experience, that-s a plus.
- Will help drive out delivery dates
- Will identify dependencies and drive their timeline
- Some work (development work) will be done offshore (through Cognizant) that the PM will communicate with
