Description
Responsible for Semiconductor Process Integration:
Experienced process integration engineers are needed to develop and transfer high performance CMOS / BiCMOS / SiGe processes for RF / Analog / MS applications. Successful candidates must have a strong technical background in process development and semiconductor device integration. In addition, hands-on experience in Statistical Process Control and design of experiments is a must requirement. Candidates must exhibit good planning, organizational and communication skills. Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, design, execution and characterization of experiments to develop robust processes; interfacing with various teams in design, device, yield enhancement, and process engineering; and providing periodic updates to management.

Experience/Skills
Bachelor's Degree minimum required (Masters preferred), prefer engineering or science degree with 5+ years industrial experience in the semiconductor fabrication field. Company privately held and planning to go public in the near future.
