SR. SIGNAL ENGINEER

PTG is currently seeking a Sr. Signal Engineer for the premiere transportation mega-project in the northeast, the East Side Access project. This six billion dollar project will dramatically improve the transportation infrastructure of the nation's largest commuter rail road by connecting the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) into Grand Central Terminal.

The Sr. Signal Engineer will provide Signal system design and construction support services for the East Side Access Project in New York City, including but not limited to:

  • Block layout and circuit design for LIRR and Amtrak.
  • System layouts and installation designs as well as support during construction for installation issues
  • Third party contractor submittal reviews and system testing support.

    Qualified candidates must possess 10+ years signal system design experience for commuter rail systems with a background in signal circuit design. BSEE in electrical engineering or equivalent qualifying experience required, P.E preferred.
