Senior .NET Developer (Entrepreneurial Spirit!)

A Thompson Technologies client has an immediate need for a Contract to Hire Senior .NET Developer for a new and thriving small company in Atlanta (Midtown). Our client is in the Credit Card/Financial Services industry. They are looking for someone that will be an outstanding and contributing member to join their close knit team. In order to be considered a strong candidate, you will need excellent skills within Middleware as well as strong skills on both front and Back End development.

Required Skills:
Seeking Qualifications:

• Must have extensive Web Services experience, can really focus on their Middleware, and have a high security aptitude. (Currently, our client runs ASP.NET for the Front End, Web services for the middle, and SQL 2005/2008 on the back-end).
• 3-5 years professional experience with ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server 2000/2005/2008.
  • Traditional static Web technology, including HTML and CSS.
  • Client-side dynamic Web technology (AJAX), including JavaScript, DHTML and DOM.
  • Experience with SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with JQuery.
• Assist in infrastructure design and deployment activities.
  • Directly involved in the hands-on implementation of customer systems.
  • Work with customer staff personnel to support technical strategy and control objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong team player mentality.
• Credit card/debit card industry experience preferred.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, or other IT related field (Preferred).
