You will report to the Chief Technology Officer and be responsible to maintain, manage and add functionality to existing websites and spearhead development of new websites.

Job Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking for a Senior .NET developer for our Santa Monica office who want to play an important role on Microsoft .Net based projects. This is a full-time, salaried position that includes outstanding growth opportunities.

In addition, you will work with our hosting company to manage our websites and help maintain a small network of Windows-based PCs and Servers.

Our .Net Developers architect, design and implement complex web and smart-client applications using object-oriented design patterns and the latest Microsoft technology.

The role of the .Net developer is to help provide technology leadership within the development team through mentoring, problem solving, and implementing solutions.
Responsibilities include gathering requirements, assisting in the selection and design of a technology solution, working with the CTO to estimate tasks, assisting in the implementation of the solution, and mentoring and leading team members.

Desired Background: 

• 2-5 years of experience designing and developing distributed systems including demonstrated experience with .Net Framework, SQL Server, C#, ASP.NET, Windows Forms, web services and XML 
  
• Experience developing object-oriented applications is required 
  
•  Experience with implementation of complex logical database designs and relational database concepts 
  
•  Knowledge of server hardware such as RAID, SCSI, tape backup, and UPS systems is not required but would be a big plus. 
  
•  Two years experiences with administering a network of Windows-based PCs and Servers.
  
• Familiarity with server and client Windows operating systems such as 2000/2003 Server, Win 2000, XP. Exchange 2000/2003 experience is a big plus. 
  
•  Networking experience, which includes assessing, building, troubleshooting LAN’s, Internet connectivity issues, etc. 
  
• Have an understanding of protocols such as HTTP, FTP, TCP/IP, NetBIOS, Wi-Fi. 
  
• Be familiar with VPN, Terminal Services, and Remote Desktop.

- ASP.NET C#  - IIS - MS SQL - XHTML - CSS, JS - Strong writing and verbal communication skills. - Experience within the last three (3) years with application system development projects: Analytical/problem solving skills in system analysis and design, Program coding, Program testing, Debugging. - Transact SQL calls and stored procedures in SQL Server 7.0 or 2000. - Familiarity with Content Management Systems such as DotNetNuke is desirable, but not required. - Must have strong knowledge working and administrating a network of Windows-based PCs and Servers. - Have an understanding of protocols such as HTTP, FTP, TCP/IP, NetBIOS, Wi-Fi. - Be familiar with VPN, Terminal Services, and Remote Desktop. - Knowledge of server hardware such as RAID, SCSI, tape backup, and UPS systems is not required but would be a big plus.
