We have a need for a Sr. AE.Duration: 1 year ssignmentImplementation Specialist This role is responsible for the technical design including businessmodeling and configuration of the i2 advanced planning suite in support offuture state business requirements. This suite, as defined today, consistsof Demand Planner/Analyzer (or equivalent Demand Manager), DemandFulfillment, Supply Chain Planner, Factory Planner and Common IntegrationServices component. This person may also mentor other IT personnel toperform the technical design specialist functions. The role of anImplementation Specialist is to provide support and leadership during theimplementation project.This position normally centers on in-depth knowledge of one specific i2application.Specific responsibilities of an Implementation Specialist: Controls the technical aspects (scripts, turnovers, timing ofinterfaces and runs, etc) of the project Coordinates the activities of the technical resources such asother integrating application owners and infrastructure Works with other integrating application groups to ensureenvironment is operational Coaches any business IT resources and Super User on issuemanagement process Understands the applications that integrate and support theplanning processes Transfers knowledge to business IT resources Conducts modeling and configuration in support of future statebusiness requirements Provides interface design specification Identifies integration issues Provides problem definition/statements Provides estimate of probability of occurrence in otherimplementations Assesses impact to the quality of the data for the implementationproject Provides input to implementation process improvements Assists in creation of test plans Shares best practices Participates in project planning (charter and work plandevelopment) Provides support and guidance to Project Leader in managingproject if/when needed Participates in current and future state design Creates and provides turnover documentation Documents use of common templates, scripts, inputs/outputs,parameters, etc.
