Project Location: Wilmington, DE
Project Length: 2+ months
Rate: to $57W2-to $60 Corp to Corp

Scope of Work:
Participate in development of detailed technical design for Account Build/Maintenance Service Evaluate and contribute to requirements and functional specification deliverables
Perform system development, testing and implementation
Develop necessary technical documentation.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or other quantitative discipline
7-9 years overall work experience
Strong knowledge of database concepts
5-6 years Oracle and UNIX
2-3 years with Ab Intio
Credit card industry experience preferred but not required.
Good oral and written communication skills
Strong documentation & organizational skills
Good interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to work in a team environment
