Description
Genesis 10 seeks a Senior Analyst for about 6 months in Racine for a contract position. Incumbent will be one of the members of a four person team of professionals providing Email Server Engineering on a 24x7x52 support schedule. Email Server Engineering has primary responsibility for the operation and recovery (break fix) of 34 Exchange 5.5 Servers in 21 sites currently coexisting with 20 Exchange 2003 Servers in 9 locations. Email Server Engineering provides centralized support for the Global Email environment. Email Server Engineering is currently participating in a project to migrate from an NT4/Exchange 5.5 environment to Active Directory/Exchange 2003. This project is more than 50% complete.

Requirements:

3+ years OS experience with NT4, Windows 2003, and Active Directory in a networked environment. 3+ years of Exchange 5.5 running on NT4 Server in a multi-site environment. 2 years experience supporting Exchange 2000/2003, Windows Server 2000/2003, and Active Directory 3+ years Compaq server hardware experience. Solid understanding of a global network environment. Working knowledge of infrastructure and platform management tools to support a global IT platform Ability to adhere to standards in a dynamic environment. Ability to thrive within an environment that relies heavily on the principles of teamwork. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid Project Management skills. Must be available for rotational weekly on-call support. NT4/Exchange 5.5 to Active Directory/Exchange 2003 migration experience a plus.
