Description
Support telecommunications network engineering function for HSBC’s growing Extranet and Business Partner network. Provide engineering design, configuration, installation, documentation, support and troubleshooting for this key business facing function. Coordinate projects according to plan. Assist in consulting, analysis and implementation planning. Attend internal user requirement, Business Partner, and telecom vendor meetings as required. Provide technical leadership in engineering, analysis, design, system configuration, installation, documentation, support and troubleshooting.



Off hour installation, support and troubleshooting is a requirement of the position. Strictly adhere to compliance and operation risk controls in accordance to regulatory standards, policies, practices, report control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational events. Support HSBC Diversity programs.df-tc

Experience/Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a major or minor in Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field
  • Minimal of four years experience in telecommunications networking
  • Hands on experience configuring and troubleshooting network routers
