Senior Analyst

Seeking a Senior Analyst who Manage five Sales Analysts, Forecasting Manager and Sales Planning Manager. You will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Provide internal and external sales and marketing management with the tools and analytical capabilities to support strategies, execution, and measurements.
- Create, manage, and distribute reports for Sales Tracking, Forecasts and Scorecards.
- Develop analyses and one reporting process to understand and report sales forecasts and margin by customer.
- Develop and maintain customer pricing Matrix.
- Manage the reporting project and analyze POS data from retail partners.
- Assist in building and maintaining budgets for retail sales and related areas, including marketing.
- Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly and quarterly analysis to management.
- Participate and help develop and maintain Budget and Forecasts.
- Gathers, analyzes, and compares competitor data and pricing to that of organization.
- Maintains market intelligence database and uses computer to examine, analyze, and compile statistical data.
- Prepares reports, including charts and graphs, and presents recommendations for action plans to management.
- Provide up-to-date analysis of current sales trends.

An ideal candidate will have:
- Local residence, sorry no relocation offered
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university;
- 3-6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, write and interpret in English documents
- Strong Management
- Retail - consumer good products experience
- Knowledge of Oracle, Database software; Internet software; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software, Word Processing software.
- Requires experience with Demand Solutions forecasting software; Legality forecasting software; and Retail Link.
