Description
1. Act as local liaison for REACT team in the West Coast region which may include acting as Local Incident Manager for incidents dealing with Credit Card and Auto groups

2. Perform investigations dealing with internal and external fraud

3. Act as local forensics team member when forensic backups are required

4. Provide backup support for vulnerability alert distribution

5. Perform REACT related administrative functions including hotline backup

6. Provide local training to employees on REACT and Incident Response procedures

7. Assist in developing and modifying REACT guidelines and procedures

8. Ensure adherence to Group and local policies, procedures, and standards as they relate to incident response.

9. Provide after hour and weekend support as required.

10. Represent REACT in Salinas corporate business continuity and disaster recovery efforts.

11. Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with HSBC and regulatory standards, policies and practices; report control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational loss events.

12. Complete other related duties as assigned, support the Companyi:s Diversity programsdf-tc

Experience/Skills
?h A Bachelori:s degree equivalent experience in business, computer science or related field and six years progressive data processing experience.

?h Strong written and verbal skills required.

?h Ability to face off and respond to business management
