Senior Application Analyst - Enterprise Large Project BA:

Responsibilities:

. Acquires and maintains in-depth knowledge of one or more functional/business systems or applications.
. Works closely with customer representatives to define application solutions that meet business needs.
. Communicates application requirements to project team members.
. Completes high level designs for new or existing systems.
. Identifies critical dependencies of the system. Provides business and application consultation for project and support teams.
. The Policy, Standards and Compliance program has three major areas which are happening in parallel.
. Policy (Content, Development and Approval cycle), Standards which are aligned to these policy according to the ISO Controls development cycle and then for each standard there is a Compliance enforcement.
. This is also spread over two main teams - the policies team and the compliance team.
. This BA position will be responsible for working with two leads (compliance and policies), understanding the requirements, understanding the priority and the deadlines.
. Will also work with the leads to gather the requirements, work with the tech writer to translate the requirement into content and then work with the subject matter experts and content experts for review process.
. Once the final draft is complete, the BA would work with the approving layers and levels to remove bottlenecks.
. This role requires alignment of three tracks which will be happening in parallel, so this is a critical resource and will be over the entire program.
. Other responsibilities include organizing the requirements, developing the process flows for development, review and approval cycles.

Experience/Skills
Experience:

. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), MS Visio, Understanding of Policies / Standards and Compliance (Audits and its importance) will be desirable.
Resource facing skills, team player, understanding of business analysis process, approval workflows, etc. desirable.
. A senior level person is the most experienced, with the widest range of experience in various size and types of projects that are relevant to the role.
. 5 plus or more years in the role would be expected.
