Candidates must be located in the Richmond, VA area....The manager will not look at out of area candidates...no exceptions.

Participate in a small local cross-functional team and direct the development efforts of a 5-person team in Bangalore, India to build B2B integration applications

Focus primarily on the web user interface architectural design and technical specifications for our n-tier e-business systems. Our systems are built with an object-oriented design utilizing .Net (ASP.Net and C), BizTalk 2004 and an Oracle database Help select technologies and architect products that are rapidly re-defining the industry

Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years object-oriented analysis and development experience in a
4+ Microsoft environment
4 year technical degree
3-4 years experience with Visual Basic, ASP.NET and C
2 years experience documenting software design Experience leading development teams Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
UML, BizTalk 2004, Oracle
Creative graphics skills
Management training
Webmaster experience
Networking knowledge
