Description
Rewarding position as senior applications analyst for dynamic organization. Responsible for managing the administration of the iManage database. iManage responsibilities include adding new users, entering user information, passwords, primary database information, enabling and disabling accounts. Must also create virtual users, groups, types, sub-types, departments, practice areas and additional application setups for iManage integration. Other iManage administration duties include weekly document purges, relocating documents when requested, using the Monitor tool to manage large document imports and perform bulk security edits. Also responsible for installing, testing and troubleshooting non-standard software and new PDA's to ensure compatibility with the Firm's desktops and network. Will maintain inventory for certain licensed software packages and PDA devices. Will be a key participant in the rollout of new software and hardware. Rollout duties include installing and testing new software and software updates; document software installation procedures for base images; participate in pilot group selection, support and evaluation; conduct training sessions and assist in the creation of software Quick Reference Guides. In addition, rotate with the other senior staff to conduct computer training for new hire, "Academy" sessions and desktop rollout classes. An in-depth knowledge of iManage database administration or administration of another document management database is desired.
