Description
The Senior Architect will be responsible for architecture, design, documentation, testing oversight, technology and solution evaluation, technical planning, and coordination across various organizations. The responsibilities will include writing design documents, supporting and managing other architects, ensuring alignment with strategic direction and target architecture, developing technical requirements, vendor and solution evaluation and requirements, and providing status on project and initiative progress. The role involves high-level assessment, cost and time estimates for technical solutions leading to more detailed requirements that include testing, lab, deployment, and potentially the lifecycle.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
  • Alignment of technical solution to match the business requirements
  • Developing solution evaluation criteria, solutions approach, impact assessment, design and architecture within aggressive project timelines
  • Technical project management and leading initiatives with team-members providing feedback into the technical solution or vendor selection
  • Leading of cross functional teams to align on project plan, issues, risks, resources
  • Management of 3rd parties applications, OEMs, client applications, internal client groups to deliver features, functionality, and resources to support release 1 and release 2 milestones
  • Assisting in the development of processes for on-boarding services and applications onto our client's Address Book Framework
  • Learning and supporting our client's processes and organizational structure within defined roles
  • Providing of formalized reports to stakeholders on project status and issues
  • Coordinating the work of internal and external vendors and teams
  • Capturing all interface agreements with appropriate documentation
  • Providing appropriate technical support for transitioning the project to production
