Description
Provide technical leadership and innovation to Technology Services and Corporate operating units by specializing in critical or unique technical expertise, leading special projects and major projects setting strategic architectural and software direction while continuing to fully utilize technical expertise. Possess extensive and specialized technical knowledge in the Business Systems area, which include applications development, business analysis, research and development, and systems integration for business systems. Provide project team management of critical applications or complex functions.df-tc

Experience/Skills
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business supplemented by technical course work and 6 or more years proven and progressive experience, including three years in project management. Bankcard or other financial services experience highly recommended. Expert knowledge of application modules including CMS and ASM. Skills including COBOL, DB2, MQ Series, Client/Server Technologies.

Experience working with structured development methodologies. Experience developing functional and technical specifications for software development teams in multiple locations.
