Senior Auditor, IT Compliance

The Situation
The Senior Auditor, IT Compliance position is located in Glendale, California and resides within Corporate Management Audit Department within Corporate Administration.

The Position:
Lead and perform audits to test TWDC Enterprise compliance to IT controls standards including security and privacy policies, standards and procedures. Facilitate the alignment IT security and compliance audit plans by partnering with Enterprise, and Segment IT management to contribute to enterprise IT risk assessments, and the development of an IT audit and controls framework.

Job Responsibilities:
Support IT audit manager and director in developing audit risk assessments and audit programs around compliance with Disney IT control standards
Coordinate the development of an annual rotational security audit compliance plan
Perform audits to test compliance to pre-defined TWDC IT controls around:
Third Party Service Providers
TWDC IT Security Standards
Safe Harbor and Other Domestic
International Privacy Requirements
Coordinate with Disney Enterprise Technical Risk Management and Segment IT management to:
Coordinate Annual Audit Risk Assessment and Planning, Validate Implementation of Key Remediation Actions Addressing Audit Issues
Identify Common Control Trends and Improved Compliance Procedures/Tools

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Information Systems/Technology
2+ years experience information systems operations and/or security operations
IT Audit experience

Desired Qualifications:
1+ year project management of significant IT implementations/initiatives
Certified Information Systems Audit Certification (CISA) or Security Professional certification (CISM, CISSP, etc.)df-tc
