This role is 90% hard core development, and 10% presenting in front of people.
BizTalk experience must be RECENT
Requires 3-5+ years BizTalk and strong overall Learning Management knowledge
If someone has recent BizTalk 2004 or 2006 experience, this is a plus
Senior, Seasoned Development experience
Very technical role, BizTalk server, BizTalk development most important; configuration/administration secondary
Communication skills are important: This person will help educate team members about what hes developed (for example: This is the project, these are the interfaces, this is our system that must interface with BizTalk Server, etc?). This person will work with other developers, set up environment, and integrate systems
Depending on experience, this person may mentor people along the way
Must document code
