We need a Senior Build and Release Engineer to join the team. This position is an ideal fit for experienced Build and Release Engineers looking to apply and grow their skills in a very dynamic market and environment. You must lead the charge on developing/improving our tools for source code management, builds, packaging and configuration management, integrating test and continuous integration suites to a highly automated and scalable system and generate significant value for our developers, QA personnel, Professional Services, Product and Marketing teams and our Customers. Requirements: Must have experience with automating and developing scripts for complex tasks Must have experience designing, developing and maintaining automation tools to facilitate source code management using Perforce and scripting tools. Must have experience designing, developing and maintaining automation tools to facilitate build and packaging applications using Perforce and scripting tools. Utilize skills and experience to optimize existing processes and drive creation and adoption of new processes Self-starter, self motivated with strong technical skills that can work in a fast-paced start-up environment. Works effectively and efficiently with distributed teams. Mentor and support various teams on the use of the build and release systems Must have experience working on multiple platforms / OS like Windows, Unix. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent. * 5 or more years experience in source code management, build and release engineeringSkills: Expert in Perforce Expert in Perl and other scripting languages Experience in setting up, debugging and maintaining test suite integrations, CruiseControl Expert in ANT Experience with deployment in Java, J2EE applications. Ability to analyze and resolve build, packaging and deployment related issues. Experience with Python, Maven and other SCM tools like ClearCase, Subversion is a plus. Experience in Clover and or a related technology are a plus. Experience in InstallShield or other installer tools is a plus.df-tc
