Description
Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Tampa, FL.

Job Responsibilities:
The Sr. Business Analyst performs the following duties:

  • Assists in the initial analysis of potential defects and responds to questions on the functions and capabilities of the Xcelys application.
  • Coordinates the resolution of Core Defects with the Perot client, the Xcelys teams, and any Third parties.
  • Upon request, provides a monthly trend analysis of core defects to management based on team standards.
  • Works with the Perot client to collect requirements, develop URDs (User Requirements Definition documentation) and SRSs (System Requirement Specification documentation) for enhancements to the Xcelys application.
  • Schedule and coordinate walkthroughs of documentation with the Perot client and Xcelys support teams according to the standard processes.
  • Develop enhancement estimates of work.
  • Develop test scope and test case documentation, and execute system tests.
  • Record defects encountered during testing and work these to resolution.
  • Provide status reports weekly and provide status information on enhancement projects upon request of the ADO manager.
  • Support Level 1 and Level 2 certification processes.

    Required Skills:
  • Strong Business Analysis skills
  • Experience with Diamond and/or Paradigm
  • Experience in development of system requirements documentation, and the translation of business requirements into system requirements.

    Desired Skills:
  • Familiarity with various GUI screens and their respective table schemas in the Xcelys application.
  • Experience defining and documenting QA scenarios for system testing.
  • Experience executing and documenting the results of system testing.
  • Experience in training and/or mentoring in application functionality, preferably Xcelys functionality.
  • Analytical skills and Xcelys background in order to research, troubleshoot, and replicate issues related the Xcelys configuration being operated by the Customer.
  • Experience with Mercury Quality Center.

    Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • College degree or equivalent
