The Business Analyst makes effective decisions and achieves desired results in the midst of changes in responsibilities, work processes, timeframes, performance expectations, organizational culture or work environment.

Completes tasks with a concern for all the details involved; monitors and checks work or information to meet quality standards.

Communicates effectively, verbally and in writing, using a variety of communication methods to build productive relationships.

The Business Analyst may perform one or more of the following:

Gap Analysis
Develop test Plans
Conduct online product testing
Change Management
User training
Process Flows
Facilitate user Acceptance tests
Preparing/updating technical documentation
Debug and Diagnose Issues with Existing Applications

Other responsibilities will include reviewing requirements, data models, data mapping and copy books as well as writing functional specs.


Position Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in related field
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
