* 3 month assignment- The Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the client's internal review of broker commissions. This position will directly support the enhancement of an MS Access database that captures data to support 5500 reporting, as well as bonuses. - The Sr. BA will be documenting current business and database processes, and work with business users and data mgmt analysts to develop a database enhancement solution. - The Sr. BA will create a business requirements document that reflects current and proposed state of database. The goal is to have a user-friendly database that deals with a high volume of data efficiently. The front end will be supported by MS Access while the back end resides in SQL Server.
