We have an immediate need for a Senior Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION
- This position will be responsible for various activities related to Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 and 302 compliance.
- Main duties include coordination of quarterly activities and serving as a liaison between process owners and Audit Services for assigned cycles.
- 302 Quarterly responsibilities include: review, consolidation, and assessment of process control changes and confirmations for potential disclosure and testing
- Overall coordination of quarterly calendar and documentation.
- 404 Annual responsibilities include: ensuring process documents are completed and signed off by process owners
- Issues monitoring and resolution communication with stakeholders
- Input of process owner documentation into HandySoft Tool and planning of roll-forward testing.
- The position will also assist in other core Sarbanes-Oxley compliance deliverables.
- Desired Certifications: This candidate should possess strong communication and organization skills.
- A solid understanding of general accounting and internal controls is required.
- CPA, MBA, CFE, or CIA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience; 5-7 preferred.
- Minimum of a 4 year degree; masters degree preferred.
