Position Overview:
The Senior Business Analyst s role would include researching, planning, designing, enhancing, implementing and launching system for Claims Management Contact Centers in an agile environment

Responsibilities:
Defining and monitoring processes, mentoring new analysts and providing consultative support to the customer care organization on best-in-breed operations
Working on complex projects and defining scope, benefits, gathering requirements and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements
Writing SQL statements and query multiple databases.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in in the field of business administration, computer science, management information systems or telecommunications
5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
2+ years of experience with Agile development
Extensive knowledge of SQL to retrieve data
Experience with integration of a contact center software packages into a multi-vendor business environment, (ie, Siebel, Avaya, Cisco ICM, IVR, Blue Pumpkin, Witness, Oracle, PeopleSoft) and an understanding of user requirements for these packages
Good knowledge of IT development and support methodologies, Services Oriented Architecture and database structures
Good knowledge of current network connectivity, protocols, and standards, including security, user rights assignment, and standard company policy.
Good practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts
Proven experience in the operation and analysis of database hardware, software, and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies and applications
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
Advanced MS Office and interpersonal skills
