Job Description: Senior Business Analyst (Oracle Financials)
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Pay rate: $72.46/hr
Contract: 10/1 3/31/09

Overview

The individual is responsible for project requirements, design, testing and deployment. This person also collects, reviews and analyzes metrics regarding project deliverables. This position has frequent contact with business stakeholders, resource managers, and managerial peers, the entire technical team, consultants, and may also deal with independent software vendors.

Position Requirements and Skills
1. University degree in the field of computer science or information systems with emphasis on
business interfaces, or business degree with IT minor or subsequent classes.
2. Proven experience in IT Finance related analysis, design and implementation 5 or more years leading Oracle projects.
3. Experience in Designing oracle forms and reports
4. Knowledgeable and experienced in a wide range of industry applications which includes, but not
limited to, IT customer support and service, Financials, Logistics, Sales, data warehouse
construction management, or business architecture development and implementation.
5. Thorough knowledge of standard development life cycles, methodology, and associated quality
assurance steps.
6. MS Project or equivalent tool experience.
7. Understanding of applying data resource management principles.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills.
9. Highly self-motivated and directed.
10. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under high-pressure.
11. Experience working in a team-oriented, global, collaborative environment.
