Description
You will work closely with the business as well as IT to capture user requirements, define business processes, and assist the IT development team in designing, testing, and implementing software solutions that meet the business’ needs. Your goal is to act as a bridge between IT and Sales, gathering requirements, interviewing cross-functional groups etc. You should have lead system testing efforts, ensuring that issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. Any experience with SalesForce Automation would be HIGHLY DESIRED. Client would be open to seeing other CRM applications too.
