This is a great opportunity to work for an internationally recognized company located in the Portland, Oregon area. Portland offers the amenities of a large metro area yet still has a small town look and feel. The region is surrounded by rivers, mountains, wineries, 1 hours from the Pacific Ocean and1 hours from year-round snow skiing. Job Title: Senior Business Analyst with Siebel Call experience (Sorry no Corp-to-Corp or Sponsorships are available) Start Date: ASAP Duration: 4-5 weeks (200 hours) Location: Beaverton, OR Resources Required: 1 Maximum Pay Rate: 55/hr Overview: Our customers Sales IT department is embarking on a new project that involves the integration between their Seibel call center (ACMS) and their source data systems. To accomplish this project, they are in need of a seasoned Business Analyst to assist with gathering business requirements through asking probing questions that will meet the overall business objectives. Prior experience with a Business Analyst role involving Siebel system integration will be given preference. This piece of the project is expected to take approximately 200 hours. Required Skills: 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst on a Siebel related system integration project Proven and documented experience with Siebel call center related projects Solid business process background ability to speak to business process as it pertains to the BSA role Very good communication skills both written and verbal attention to detail Other: This is a contract position requires the work to be performed in a normal 40 hour workweek Mon Fri during standard business hours unless otherwise stated.
