Description
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible to research, develop, and analyze, process integration and quality assurance, as it relates to the Project Lifecycle. Coordinate and facilitate project discussions with business users, system users and technical development personnel, and offshore counterparts.



Manage business projects and system enhancements by assisting in defining business requirements, test execution, defect management, analyzing financial and operational impacts. Develop and implement quality assurance metrics.

Perform audit processes for testing functions including types of audits, planning, preparation, and execution. Manage script execution and defect tracking processes, assuring all test scripts are executed on time and according to plan during test execution and all defects are properly logged, tracked, and managed to resolution.



Monitor control records, production and receivables systems and communicate results to the project team or management. Analyze and prioritize information, distilling it to the critical issues and drawing accurate conclusions. Facilitate process improvement methodologies to enhance capacity, productivity and cost.df-tc


Experience/Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or Finance
  • Minimum three to four years in related field
  • Knowledge of mainframe, client/server, SAS and web-based systems
  • Automated testing systems knowledge preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
  • Strong analytical skills, essential for dissecting information into minute quantities, recognizing the relationships of each measure, understanding their organization and impact
  • Ability to skillfully organize resources and establish priorities
  • Gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
  • Great planning and implementation skills
  • Proactively, builds and maintain positive and productive working relationships
  • Well-rounded top performer who can be a key contributor in a high-energy environment
