Senior Business Analyst

• Analyze and document business problems across business functions and recommends solutions.
• Ensure that proposed system features and requirements meet user needs and satisfy business objectives and initiatives.
• Develop requirement documentation that will translate business needs into requirements that can be understood by the application development team.
• Design processes that support business initiatives
• Perform and coordinate User Acceptance testing as required on department related projects.
• Develop procedures that maximize operational efficiencies while maintaining sound internal controls.
• Identify and facilitate the resolution of project issues.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Solid Business Analyst with a MINIMUM of 6 years solid Business Analyst Experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with Use Cases
• Experience with Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with functional and non-functional specifications
• Strong customer service skills
• Superior communication skills oral and written
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• MSF (Microsoft Solutions Framework)
• Working knowledge of UML
• Bachelors degree in business or technical discipline
