Description
Senior Business Analyst candidate will have experience in various forms and methodologies of requirements gathering and documenting and working with the QA team to test against those requirements.

Basic Responsibilities:

*Plan and possibly facilitate client and external interviews, workout sessions, and solution formulation
*Plans and leads research and interview efforts, and portions of workout sessions and solution formulation
*Completes business requirements, functional requirements, stakeholder analysis, and business process analysis with limited guidance
*Performs quality assurance activities on Consultant deliverables.
*Knowledge using Cases, UML and RUP.
*Heavy client facing.

Experience/Skills
Skills:
*BA who is skilled in facilitating workout sessions (i.e.: JAD methodology).
*Familiarity with Rational Unified Process (RUP)/ understands UML (universal modelling language).
*Develops functional requirements and helps translate them into technical requirements.
*Candidate needs to know how to gather information and develop swimlane diagrams, data flow diagrams and use cases (as necessary and appropriate).
*Proficient in a variety of requirements gathering and documenting methodologies.
