IT at Nike is over 900 professionals working on the most advanced business applications and e-commerce capabilities in the industry. For instance, our ERP utilizes SAP and Siebel, with SeeBeyond ICAN/e*Gate as the integration layer for all our Supply Chain applications. Nike is on the leading edge, using SAP Netweaver/BI products in developing and supporting integrated BI (Enterprise Data Warehousing) solutions.

As our Senior Business Intelligence Business Systems Analyst, you'll work as a part of our Global Business Intelligence (GBI) organization supporting our Data Warehouse solutions for Nike Supply Chain business processes. You'll work with our Order Management and Delivery business partners to communicate and resolve production issues. You'll partner with the BI production support Application Engineers to research and design solutions for issues. You'll plan testing, develop reports and help train the global business Users. In addition, you'll gain exposure to Nike's global Supply Chain business, get trained on new technology and advance your current knowledge.

Requirements for the position include:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- 5 years' technical, business or related experience

- 2 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree

- 2 years' experience in business systems analysis/requirements gathering/production support

- Experience with data modeling for analysis and reporting

- 2+ years' in one of the following technologies: SAP BW/BEX

- Knowledge of SAP R/3 modules in related business areas is preferred

- Experience with Supply Chain processes – OM, Deliver

- Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of IT and business counterparts

- Experience with the complexities of cross-functional issue identification, prioritization and resolution

- Experience participating in multiple, complex projects and working with diverse teams in multiple locations

- Ability to gather and understand business requirements and translate into IT solutions

- Experience with BI tools focused primarily on presentation and data-mining is preferred

- Experience with relational databases and data management tools is preferred
