Senior Business Process Analyst

These analysts will own the content of the deliverables. While the business line and subject matter experts will be key contributors, the analysts will pull the information together and document it in standardized form. Deliverables include: Business Requirement Documents, Project Definition Documents, Escalation Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans, Service Agreements.

The analysts will work with a PM who is responsible for project planning, monitoring and issue escalation and resolution; a Process Engineer who will manage critical design aspects and a Technical Writer focused on completion of the bulk of process documentation. Deliverables: criteria/results by which success can be measured:

Lead writing of key project deliverables ie Business Requirement Documents

Lead elicitation and communication of IT related requirements definitions

Manage key stakeholders

Balance conflicting agendas across functions

Effectively provide structure and direction to a team of indirectly linked staff

Technical Knowledge:

Operations experience

IT project experience with business requirements

Financial services experience

Consulting experience

Internal business change experience

Strong ability to identify and articulate requirements with business lines and IT Staff

High level of organization to provide structure and direction to the team.
